You Won’t Go Far Without Others
You don’t win by stepping on people.
That's a lie you'll hear from bitter and miserable people who want to feel better about where they're at.
It sounds like this:
“I could be successful, but I’m not willing to screw people over.”
The real truth is the opposite.
Winning isn't about tearing other people down.
It's about building other people up.
You literally cannot win without other people.
Because none of us can do it alone.
It takes a great team...
A great culture...
A great community...
A great company...
...and if you're ever going to create anything worth talking about...
You have to contribute to the people around you first.
Provide value.
Set a good example.
Hold a high standard.
Offer your support.
Show your appreciation.
Give without expectation of a return.
Eliminate the idea that you have to screw people over to get ahead from your mind completely.
When you take care of others...
They'll take care of you too.
Never forget that.
