Weird weather wearing

On this Epiphany Day I envisioned a transitional outfit using a cotton sleeveless sweater vest. On a very foggy morning my wife and I ventured the brisk morning to pick up a car at the shop. To cut the cold I used the cotton sweater vest under a suit wearing a club tie with a sailing motif.
