I’ve been on the quest to hit a certain weight by my 65th in August. Already down 20-25 lbs since December, another 10-15 lbs to go. My most effective method has been a series of fasts that have lasted about 4+ days each. As you can imagine it’s causing havoc on the fit of my clothing. My method is to continue the fasts but with August coming up, I hope to dramatically increase my muscle bulking now that the first 2/3 of blubber busting has begun. (Must fight the sacrcopenia-age related muscle loss). So-while I’ve done a really good job of getting things altered over the past 14 months-I’m finding I’ll need to do it again. My plan is to focus on some sculpting ie grow a little mass in my chest, shoulders and arms respectively 1, 1.5, 2 inches.
The big shirt shrinking project I did 8 days ago to which I was very pleased of the results-
- has become a bit frustrating because I am losing as fast as the shirts are shrinking.
we shall see if this plan works. I am trying to remain optimistic as well as realistic on these goals: Hit weight goal by mid August then hit body measurements by December.
Bla Bla bla. Wore my XL pink RL Polo shirt that I I shrunk down (see older post) on a WFH Friday. Here it is.
