Shampoo & Conditioning
I have (at least for now) been graced with a relatively full head of hair.
As I spend more time on camera and in public settings I find myself styling my hair more, in the past, I've felt that washing my hair constantly (5-7 times per week) to get out the product has led to my hair & hair line looking quite a bit thinner. (of course maybe it's just the constant use of hair products?)
I find my hair looks much more full and healthy with a full wash 2-3 a week (physical activity-dependent) Naturally I cant pull this off on days I style my hair.
Any thoughts or best practices? I've read that constant styling can be detrimental to the health of the scalp/follicles.
Some genetic context - I'm 33, my father was bald by the time he hit his mid 20's. To my knowledge, my mother's father had a full head of hair for the duration.
Thanks Gents!
