Questions about undershirts.

I wear a lot of short sleeve button up shirts at work. I've started wearing undershirts again and sometimes they peek out in the sleeve section. I'm tempted to get some sleeveless undershirts but I worry about my arm pits getting a little sweaty and there being nothing to absorb that.

What do you all recommend? Just wear antiperspirant or is there a type of undershirt with a shorter sleeve without being sleeveless you all recommend?
