Perspective Shapes Reality
In the attached image, the kids on the boat say:
“Mom is trying to get us food.”
At the same time, the fish in the water say: “Mom is trying to get us food.”
Both are correct, isn't it? but just that their realities are completely opposite.
This reminds me of how life, leadership, and business often work: if we bring this to business or even into our relationships.
What feels like opportunity for one may feel like a threat for another.
What looks like a solution on our side might create challenges on the other.
Most conflicts don’t come from facts, but from perspective.
In leadership, entrepreneurship, and even personal relationships, empathy is key.
When we pause to see through the other side’s lens, we make better decisions, build stronger trust, and create solutions that truly serve.
Lesson: Success isn’t only about having the right answers; it’s about understanding perspectives.
