OOTD - Tuesday 28 April

Today I went to see the Dr that has been working with my back. There is only a little pain left in the L4, L5 area. After the injection today I feel pretty much Pain Free so it looks like we have finally found the spot that needs to be done you fully help out.

I went with a Staple CHarcaol for today, the trousers may have shrunk a little as I am sure they were a Half Break before my wife tried to do a Steam clean pod them in the washing machine. They now seem to be No Break or slightly shorter. Still I am OK with the look.
