OOTD Friday linen once again
It's another warm Friday in linen!
· Beige linen trousers (Tommy Hilfiger; same ones as here, just in a different color—though today's have a noticeably bigger leg opening, presumably due to quality control issues.)
· Pink houndstooth linen/cotton blend buttondown (J. Crew)
· Brown belt (origin unknown)
· Brown boat shoes (Sperry; these ones are sort of hypercasual loafers—the laces are ornamental)
· Garmin Venu 2 watch with brown leather band
· Minor detail: brown tortoise shell glasses instead of my more commonly worn blue frames
I had been looking forward to wearing my first pair of proper loafers today, but when they arrived yesterday they proved to be too big for me. It seems Sperry sizes the one loafer it offers very differently than its boat shoes, so my journey to finally donning loafers is a bit delayed.
