Book recommendations please.

I have ben MIA for a while and I apologize. Work and life have been out waying socials as of late.

On that note.

I am looking for book recommendations to help me be a better communicator. How to get people to respond to what I'm saying. Im not really looking to go the public speaker route, I'm certainly no Tony Robins. I just find this to be an area I'm am lacking in and any guidence would be appreciated.
