Grounding during big beginnings
There are many ways we can start a new beginning. Perhaps it's one of the many New years we can celebrate. Perhaps it's a fresh start for some other reason.
No matter what is starting a new, grounding helps!
Big energetic beginnings don’t require big actions.
Today’s mindful practice is grounding through being here.
Choose one simple anchor:
- your breath
- your feet on the floor
- the weight of your body in the chair
Stay with it for a minute or two.
Eclipse energy can pull attention into the future or stir old emotions. Grounding brings your nervous system back into the present moment, where safety lives.
You don’t need to figure anything out today. Presence is enough.
