🛝 Let's PLAY! Fill the Tin
Thanks @Angela Caccioppo for this one. This is something you can do with chat or the ad that knows you that can make images. Use the attached empty tin image and the prompt: "Fill it with things that represent me and color it with my favorite color." (Feel free to add in your favorite colors if your AI doesn't already know.) If you want to download that 10, just tap on the picture and tap the download button and save it to your device.

@Lisa Harrietha-Benson what are the birds indicative of for you?

@Lisa Harrietha-Benson nice.
Smoke-Free Smudge? YES!
Maybe you love to cleanse with Palo Santo or stage or other sacred herbs but you can't have anything smoke for whatever reason. No problem! I know a friend who used to set off their smoke detector pretty regularly just trying to burn sage. I'm not for a moment suggesting you should not burn save your other sacred herbs. But I am suggesting that there might be circumstances when you can't or don't want to have smoke. Maybe you are allergic to smoke or you're in a hotel room or somebody else's space but you still want to cleanse. And that is where you can use the power of your intention together with the power of the Apollo Santo or sage or whatever you have. I hope you find this helpful. It will live inside the discovery toy box.

@Ronda Del Boccio yeah I’m far more likely to have a smudge spray with me when I fly than any type of plant material. But then again it’s also the entire reason I started making smudge sprays was for when I had to stay in hotels and was flying. It’s all about doing what works for you.

Where do you need a little (or more than a little) help?
If anyone here thinks I've got all my sh-t together, you can have a good laugh NO, of course I don't. Nobody does, really. We're all a hot mess - ME INCLUDED! I had a stranger in my house (not that strange, but he's not a friend and I don't know him - local fix-it guy - never was inside my house) installing a dishwasher. I had to breathe and re-center when he first got there. The animals were stirred up and I felt disrupted. See - not all together. I practice what I teach, though, and breathing and laughing at myself helped! SO - where could you use a little help. Help me help you as we ALL go on about our MESSY lives.

Remembering to breathe for me. I know it, I do it, I even sometimes teach it and still for me when things get challenging shallow breathing or realizing that I’m holding my breath

I'm the ambidextrous left hander who writes with my Right Hand🤣🤣🤣... I was a Switch hitter in Baseball...I'd Love to walk up to the plate on my first time at bat and hit the ball...but by the 2nd or 3rd time at bat I'd walk up to the plate and stand on the left side of the plate throwing the pitcher all the way off because he had already pitched to me on the other side of the plate. From 2nd Grade through High School I literally played ever position on the baseball field at some point ...starting out playing catcher...pitcher...2nd base and Shortstop all in one baseball season...when I was in 4th grade the year I made my first All Star baseball team while living in Germany. I could kick field goals better with my left foot in football than I could with my right foot. And I was lethal in Soccer because I could take the ball to the goal with either foot...but growing up in Germany and playing soccer really supported my Right/Left dexterity and equilibrium...now when it comes to a camera I've always held the camera up to my left eye...and equally strong when it comes to typing and when I did play piano back in High School...Having this dual ability made a huge difference...not only in how I did things...but also how I think...SOOO I'm a Lil Different... Now tell me...how are you a little Different? What is something unique about you...few people know?

That’s cool. I’m not ambidextrous but I trained myself to be able to write with my left hand before I entered college figuring it’d be helpful to be able to switch hands when taking notes
