Good morning rituals help get you off to a great start in your day? You can share in any way you wish Colon pictures, words, GIFs, or combination Here are some pictures that show you parts of my morning routine. I start in bed, hand over heart, reveling in gratitude and affirming what I want to feel today and that something wonderful will happen today. Aside from the usual bodily needs for myself and the dog, I have wake up water to rehydrate. It's water and I say a blessing on the water and all waters of Earth, sky, and c. I start the coffee of course and send love and blessings to the world. I sit down with my little book and go through meta meditation also known as love and kindness meditation #February: Meditation for Sensitive Souls I petTwitch and we have our table cuddles and of course I love on nugget We had bed cuddles this morning. Sometimes our cuddles are in a different room. And happy hump day! Your turn!
