Our purpose as a sales leader is to lead and find the truth and have a truthful conversation.
We need to do whats best for these people whether they/we like or or not
If youre not willing to tell the truth then you in some area of your life arent willing to tell yourself the truth
You soften the blow for your own reality when you know things arent going well.
You need to solve this issue on yourself first before you can do it for others.
Be a good person not a nice person.
We think the more truthful we are that we can hurt and distance the prospects but its works the other way round. The more truthful we are the more they respect and see us as a leader.
