Holiday Breakfast🍳
Whilst i’m in Spain on Holiday, it’s buffet style for breakfast. I think this is pretty balanced Macro’s wise possibly a bit high on the fats. Eggs are one of the most nutrient dense foods (only missing vitamin C) so that’s foundation of the breakfast. Some little sweet treats at the end cause it’s a holiday. Overall, pretty good in regards to micro nutrients profile aswell. Cheeky swim on the cards now once that digests and a little rehab session later on🔥
