If you want deals, you need conversations.
The goal is simple: 100 agents per week. That’s 14 a day. Instagram makes this easy — knock out 7 DMs there, then cold call the other 7. This is not an all-day task.
It should take about one hour if you’re focused.
Consistent outreach like this compounds fast: agents turn into deal sources, follow-ups turn into contracts, and contracts turn into...you get it
