Girl Power!!
Cohort 2 was all men, and I truly honor that. I support our men, I believe in our men, and I’m proud of the work they’re doing. 👏🏾
Cohort 3 is mostly women, and today my heart is with them. I’m sharing this video from a few years ago in Belize as a reminder: you belong here, your voice matters, and your presence is powerful. Sometimes it’s harder for us—we carry a lot, quietly.
