Girl Power!!
Cohort 2 was all men, and I truly honor that. I support our men, I believe in our men, and I’m proud of the work they’re doing. 👏🏾 Cohort 3 is mostly women, and today my heart is with them. I’m sharing this video from a few years ago in Belize as a reminder: you belong here, your voice matters, and your presence is powerful. Sometimes it’s harder for us—we carry a lot, quietly. To the men in this cohort, I’m asking you to encourage the women. Speak life. Support them. We rise together. 🤍 View this video below or follow this link. https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1GfwPjiozn/?mibextid=wwXIfr

✨ Thank You for Investing in More Than Your Education ✨
Because of you, 15% of all tuition from the Real Estate Institute of Belize is donated directly to Tubal Trade & Vocational Institute to help sponsor an at-risk youth tuition in trade programs and create real opportunities for the next generation. By choosing to enroll, you didn’t just invest in your own future—you helped open doors for young people to gain skills, education, and a pathway to purpose. That is impact. That is legacy. We are deeply grateful for each student who understands that success is greater when it is shared. Your commitment to learning is actively changing lives in Belize. Thank you for being part of something bigger than yourself. 💛 — Real Estate Institute of Belize

Capstone video and pictures.
Sorry everyone. Didn’t want to pay a professional videographer $150. Instead I used that money towards my last payment on my tuition fee.

Be patient
My family, do not rush to be real estate brokers or agents on your own. Yesterday in class I heard where mistakes are already happening: listing, closing of properties without proper authorizations/registrations from FIU, tax department etc. Don’t make costly mistakes that can easily be avoided for you are knowledgeable of the requirements. It is my dream to one day open a full real estate and consultancy firm but that day in not now or in 2026. I once worked with Keller Williams and now working as an agent under J. Nicole Enterprise’s umbrella. I don’t have to worry about FIU registration just yet, but the reason working under a seasoned brokerage is to continue educating myself, have proper guidance along the way until I am truly comfortable to fly. Will I give up some of my commission, Of Course, but the trade off of gaining more experience, doing right by clients, meeting more customers and getting them as clients, have more opportunity to listing and sales is worth so much more. Do the math, commissions to broker is a small fractional of increase sales. Don’t rush to be on your own if you are not ready, this is where costly mistakes will be made. Just my two cents…
