Question regarding International businesses dealing and language barrier solution.
I have to regularly communicate with multinational businesses (different countries), but the problem I face is that some of them do not know English well, or at all, such as French businesses, Brazilians, etc. So, sometimes I have to deal with their translator, and the communication isn't very effective. Is there anyone using a translating app that can translate meetings in real-time from English to other languages? I'm looking forward to suggestions if you or anyone in your network has utilized one.
Help Needed: Boosting Conversion Rates
Hello everyone, @Saddam Hasan @Zulqarnain Nahyon Apologies for the lengthy message, but your valuable support is greatly appreciated. I've recently launched a Digital Marketing Agency, focusing primarily on web development tailored for construction contractors (I'll explain into the rationale behind this specific niche). In addition to web development, we also provide social media marketing, Google Ads, and SEO, & what client need concerning their business online presence. We haven't yet explored any freelancing platforms to get clients. Our primary source of lead generation is our existing client base within the construction contractor niche. Initially, I review each lead to discern their specific needs, whether it's web development, social media marketing, or any other service. Subsequently, I tailor our outreach accordingly, offering a complimentary consultation as a lead magnet. Although our email open rates are good, we haven't secured any leads yet, it's been 2 months. I'm seeking assistance in identifying potential issues, whether they're technical or pertain to our pitch. Any insights or suggestions on enhancing our approach would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Proper Follow ups are Game Changers
Some months ago, my approach to follow-up was unstructured and manual, leading to unimpressive outcomes. However, a shift occurred last month when I implemented a structured follow-up sequence of four emails. This strategy targeted clients who either went silent post-conversation or didn't book a call despite completing the necessary forms. Starts getting some responses and closed some of them. Last week, I checked Saddam bhai 6A videos on Structure of follow ups and tweaked my structure and templates little bit and added one more sequence similar to asking them to close the file and this one doing more wonders. Some of those who didnt responded earlier are now responding on this last email only and I closed two more today from those. P.s : I used Instantly for follow up sequences for emails, this is email marketing tool which we were using already for cold emailing.

RC is Magic or What?
We at CaptenAMZ in Feb month closed 4 big clients with good base prices and % on revenue and profits depending on situations. And march is also going well. Offer, and closing these two words changed our perspective. We were getting leads before but RC changed our mindset in a way that how you get attention with offer, how you lead the sales call, and how you close it right away in the call with the right object handling and understanding clients current state and goals. And with right questioning we get idea what should be our pricing , so Ab hum closing kar k meeting end karte han. Alhamdullilah. You are doing a great job Guyz. Keep it up. Good Luck.
Facing Competition from Value-Based + Lowest-Cost Offers: How Can We Stand Out?
If there's an offer that's both value-based and the lowest-priced option, how do we compete with it? For instance: Suppose the manufacturer sells the product directly to consumers, and we buy from the manufacturer to resell to the consumer. In this scenario, both offers are identical, but the manufacturer's price is lower than ours. How do we differentiate our 'Great Slam Offer' when the manufacturer also provides a 'Great Slam Offer' at a lower price?
