Some months ago, my approach to follow-up was unstructured and manual, leading to unimpressive outcomes. However, a shift occurred last month when I implemented a structured follow-up sequence of four emails. This strategy targeted clients who either went silent post-conversation or didn't book a call despite completing the necessary forms. Starts getting some responses and closed some of them.
Last week, I checked Saddam bhai 6A videos on Structure of follow ups and tweaked my structure and templates little bit and added one more sequence similar to asking them to close the file and this one doing more wonders. Some of those who didnt responded earlier are now responding on this last email only and I closed two more today from those.
P.s : I used Instantly for follow up sequences for emails, this is email marketing tool which we were using already for cold emailing.
