Welcome to the space. This community is an extension of how I work and live — slowly, deliberately, and with attention to rhythm. I’m a chef with over 20 years of experience, and over time I’ve come to understand food, health, and healing as inseparable from timing, nervous-system awareness, and how we listen to the body. Alongside that, I work with daily rhythm through the 13-Moon calendar as a way of orienting, not forcing. This isn’t a place to fix yourself. It’s a place to notice what supports you. There’s no pressure to post or introduce yourself immediately.
