Help with publishing a book

I have two journals I’d like to publish.

My transformation journal
A three year homesteader/prepper journal to see how the writer is progressing through the years

I don’t know the first thing about how to proceed. I have the journals basically written and somewhat formatted, but that’s the end of what I know to do.

I’d love help and direction to move them along.
