Happy New Year (again) + another editing tip
Happy New Year, everybody. I hope everyone stayed safe last night. I went to sleep, but that's not why I'm on here. What I'm on here to do is give you another video. Something else that I thought you would find helpful. Enjoy!!!

Happy New Year (again) + another editing tip
Happy New Years Eve!
Hey y'all, I want to share this video that I made for my team in the midst of editing. Some of you are editors, and some of you are building teams so I'm knocking out two things with this. 1. I want to make sure you understand how to make people sound clearer. and there are easy ways to do that. I know that you'll need to update the jump cut to make it smoother, and to cover it with B-roll or something like that. Do what you got to do, but just make the person sound clear. 2. If you are building a team - providing content for them to use to get better makes your overall team better. Hope this helps Ps. Let me know how the past few weeks have been for you. I have some major updates we'll share in the upcoming days, and I'm excited to share with y'all. Talk soon!
Happy New Years Eve!
Indecision is still a decision.
There was a client that I had that already paid us multiple 5 figure contracts & there asked me to give them a quote for something that we had an offer for but I didn't want to do for them because I wasn't confident in that part of my team. (and i didn't want to do it) But I didn't tell them that, I just never sent the quote. I never said anything. I just let the topic evaporate. I haven't gotten a 5 figure contract from that client since. They used us 2 more times and started using someone else. Did that rub them the wrong way, or were they already on the way out? I think a little bit of both. By avoiding making the decision - I gave them a chance to assume, imagine & search for someone else. By not choosing to accept or reject the offer, I chose confusion, grey area and dismissal. Maybe it didn't hurt the relationship - but it certainly didn't help. Has something like this happened to you ?
