The Skool post that never fails
There is one type of post I'll never stop using. I make money every single time I do it. And I want you to steal it. It's a call out post. There are endless ways to use this. Click here to see what I mean. In that post I've achieved a result. I share the result. And then I ask if other people would want to learn how I did it. I create a poll and ask them to vote. I also ask them to respond in the comments. I share the proof in a screenshot. I messaged every single person who liked, voted or commented. You'll notice that I linked my paid community in the post. People joined. I made over $1k from that single post. I use call out posts multiple times per month. It is one of the fastest ways for you to validate an offer. It is one of the fastest ways for you to make money. I made that post in January when PYOB had 155 members. It's now July and we have almost 1,200 members. In 8 months, I've converted 7% of my free members into paying customers. This is above the typical 2-5% benchmark for free-to-paid community conversions. Without sales calls. I show up in the chat and help them. Many opt-in on their own because I keep reminding them it's there. And the 7% is just for Mindset Skool. It doesn't include the members who convert into my high ticket coaching program. And now I'm going to ask you again... Would it be helpful to you to see exactly how I use a public Skool community like this as: • A lead magnet • A way to gather the right people • A place to validate ideas before building products • An audience you own • A clean path to making sales without having to feel "salesy" or become a pitch person Would you want to learn how to use a public Skool community as a lead magnet to validate ideas and build an audience? Here’s what to do: - Go to the classroom - Watch the intro video - Go through every lesson - Do the action steps - Comment on the posts It’ll take you about an hour. If you’ve picked your idea and haven’t moved forward yet, start here. This will help you see what’s been getting in your way and how to move through it. Go do it. When you’re done, come back and tell me what stood out to you.

What to say when someone ask about your offer
Had multiple coaching calls this week. Different people. Different niches. Same mistakes. So I made a video breaking down exactly what I told all of them... because if it's happening on 3 calls in one day, it's happening everywhere. The big one: when someone asks you about your offer, the last thing you want to do is show them your offer. I know. Sounds backwards. But a confused buyer doesn't buy. When you rush to show them a landing page, a Notion doc, or a giant menu of options, you kill the deal. Instead, you need to slow the conversation down and let them write the offer for you. Watch the training first. Then grab the exact framework script I built for you below. What To Say When Someone Asks About Your Offer
