Conscious connected breathwork and sound healing session
I took part in a session that was shared elsewhere, during which I was doing a conscious connected breath through the nose. I felt some emotion come up and move through me (it released, but fairly subtly and quietly). I mostly felt a great sense of peace and contentment
Totally Twisted Step by Step
TOTALLY TWISTED — STEP BY STEP (PHOTO GUIDE) This is one of the fastest ways to de-stress the body and unwind deep fascial tension. STEP 1 Cross the legs: right foot over left. STEP 2 Wrap the right arm under the left armpit. Left hand to right shoulder. STEP 3 Belly button gently in and up. Spinal Pelvic Lock engaged. STEP 4 Head turns to the right first. Then rotate the body to the left. Head and body move opposite. STEP 5 3 staged breaths x3 rounds: Breathe in, hold. Breathe more, hold. Breathe more, hold. Rotate a little deeper each round. Ring the body out like a wet towel. STEP 6 Breathe slow through the nose x6. Soften. Unwind. Come back to centre slowly. STEP 7 Repeat the other side (swap legs and arms). Shoulder Pain Relief- Fast Release
ELBOW TORQUE — CLEAR SHOULDER & NECK TENSION FAST Elbow Torque is a powerful Fascial Maneuver that releases pressure through the shoulder, neck, and upper back by creating safe rotational tension through the arm. When the elbow line unwinds, the whole shoulder girdle can soften — allowing stress, restriction, and stored tension to release. HOW TO DO IT Place your right hand on your right shoulder. Gently rotate the right elbow outward and begin to lift it above shoulder height. Turn your head to the right and slowly lean your body to the left, creating a spiral line of tension from elbow to ribcage. Keep the belly button softly in and up for support. Breathe slow and deep for 6 breaths (3 through the nose, 3 through the mouth if needed). Feel into the fascial line and allow the body to guide the depth of the stretch. Take one final breath in, hold gently, then slowly release. Repeat on the other side.
