That moment changed my life. FROM BREATH… TO FASCIA… TO FREEDOM After guiding thousands through Breathwork, I was introduced to Human Garage Fascial Maneuvers — and it felt like discovering the missing piece of the puzzle. I used to think nothing could match the power of Breathwork. Then my first Fascial Maneuver session happened. That night, I felt 10+ years of stored trauma leave my body. Honestly — it was one of the most powerful experiences of my life. (Yes, I even wrote about it in my book Pure Breathwork — available on Amazon… shameless plug 😄) What I realised was this: Most of the “weight” we carry in the body isn’t physical. It’s emotional energy that was never released. That trapped energy becomes pain. Then inflammation. Then illness. The body isn’t broken — it’s communicating. THE POWER OF FASCIAL MANEUVERS The other day, I had the honour of working with Mahendra, a Reiki Grand Master who is not only deeply attuned to energy, but is also partially blind and uses a stick for guidance. This has significantly enhanced his sensory awareness far beyond what most people experience. I share this because Mahendra is so finely tuned into energy and sensation that he could describe every detail of what his body was feeling throughout the session. When we began, his fascia was extremely tight, particularly through the feet. Being born with a club foot had created long-term fascial challenges throughout his body — his toes were lifting off the floor, his hips and lower back were severely restricted, and walking was uncomfortable and demanding, especially given his visual impairment. By the end of the session: • his shoulders had dropped • all of his toes were flat on the floor • his hips had released • his lower back pain had completely gone We spent three hours methodically re-aligning and unwinding the body in a deeply transformational session. Mahendra shared that his feet had never felt so anchored into the ground. He was able to walk more easily, with greater freedom and significantly less pain. He was truly blown away by the power of Fascial Maneuvers and said he felt like a new person — not just physically, but energetically. His entire field had shifted.
