The jaw holds what the body never said.
Pressure.
Control.
Survival.
Suppressed emotion.

Jaw tension is stored survival.
The body bracing.
The nervous system preparing for danger that no longer exists.

Release the jaw.
Release the performance.
Release the distortion.
Because truth moves through a relaxed system.

You are not becoming.

I delete every version of me that plays small.
I release all lower energy, fear, hesitation, and distortion from my field now.
I switch on the truth of who I AM.
I leave behind the old character that started this transmission.
I step into the new character NOW.

I create from the field now.
I move from truth now.
