Near-death experiences. Trauma. Accidents. Years of searching for truth.
Then one night, everything changed.
Through Breathwork, I experienced a complete shift in consciousness — a moment where years of tension dissolved and one truth became crystal clear:
The power to heal has always been within us.
That moment changed my life.
FROM BREATH… TO FASCIA… TO FREEDOM
After guiding thousands through Breathwork, I was introduced to Human Garage Fascial Maneuvers — and it felt like discovering the missing piece of the puzzle.
I used to think nothing could match the power of Breathwork.
Then my first Fascial Maneuver session happened.
That night, I felt 10+ years of stored trauma leave my body.
Honestly — it was one of the most powerful experiences of my life.
(Yes, I even wrote about it in my book Pure Breathwork — available on Amazon… shameless plug 😄)
What I realised was this:
Most of the “weight” we carry in the body isn’t physical.
It’s emotional energy that was never released.
That trapped energy becomes pain.
Then inflammation.
Then illness.
The body isn’t broken — it’s communicating.
What if instead of saying “I’m broken”, we said:
“I’m safe. I’m ready. I’m letting go.”
This work isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering who you are.
The body is intelligent.
The breath is the bridge.
Awareness is the key.

This is where most people feel their first big shift.
