TOTALLY TWISTED — DE-STRESS THE BODY FAST
A powerful full-body fascial reset to unload stress and calm the nervous system.
Cross one foot over the other — right over left.
Wrap one arm under the opposite armpit — right arm under.
The other hand comes to the opposite shoulder.
Belly button gently in and up.
Squeeze tight — Spinal Pelvic Lock engaged.
Turn the body one way and the head the opposite way.
The head always moves first, then the body.
Take 3 staged breaths, repeated for 3 rounds:
Breathe in, hold.
Breathe more, hold.
Breathe more, hold.
Rotate the body further to the left.
Squeeze out the stress.
Ring the body out like a wet towel.
Breathe slowly and deeply through the nose x6.
Soften.
Unwind.
Repeat on the other side.
