Good morning team, I trust we had a nice weekend, and an eventful halloween. For training today we have a killer! 3x3 minute skipping 3x3 minute shadow boxing 3x10 body weight squats with high hands 3x10 boxer push ups 1x 2 minute plank 1x2 minute wall sit (With weight if you chose) Get after it!
THURSDAY TRAINING
AFTERNOON team. Here is a bit of training for you all to do at home today. 3 x 3 minute rounds of shadow boxing 3 x 3 minute rounds skipping 3 x 10 boxers push ups (Tight elbows) 45 up and down sit ups with high hands 50 side to sides. LETS RIP! P:S Let me know how you feel after this one.

Whatever has been working for you will continue to work. So stay at it!! - Healthy fats. With high intensity cardio it’s important to get your fats in. Eggs, butter, avocado are my personal favourites - Sweet treats…. Nothing wrong with a bit of dark chocolate before bed

As you guys will have seen in module 1-4. We put heavy emphasis on your stance and your basic 1-2 (jab cross). Put together a short video of you executing the perfect jab cross, taking the steps with your punches - forward and back. PEACE AND WAR ⚔️🫡
