MONDAY TRAINING ✅
Good morning team, I trust we had a nice weekend, and an eventful halloween. For training today we have a killer! 3x3 minute skipping 3x3 minute shadow boxing 3x10 body weight squats with high hands 3x10 boxer push ups 1x 2 minute plank 1x2 minute wall sit (With weight if you chose) Get after it!

Nice Bridgette. Good jab cross here. Remember to keep your hands up whenever you arent punching. With the left hook. Remember that high elbow rule. to avoid injury you must have the elbow at a right angle, and at high level. You risk hurting your rotator cuff otherwise. This will also help with the rotation of your hips, and increase your punching power.

Working a few of the jab variations. I still think I stand too tall and need to keep reminding myself to sit lower bending my knees.

Nice Jab Pauly. If you are using this particular jab as a 'BLINDER' feel free to leave it in their face a little longer before throwing that right hand to the body. Make it uncomfortable for the opponent and confuse them with the time you hold it there for. As long as you have shoulder to chin you are in a reasonably safe position.
THURSDAY TRAINING
AFTERNOON team. Here is a bit of training for you all to do at home today. 3 x 3 minute rounds of shadow boxing 3 x 3 minute rounds skipping 3 x 10 boxers push ups (Tight elbows) 45 up and down sit ups with high hands 50 side to sides. LETS RIP! P:S Let me know how you feel after this one.

Eggs, butter, avocado are my personal favourites - Sweet treats…. Nothing wrong with a bit of dark chocolate before bed
