here is my diet tips for the week:
  • Stay on track! Consistency is the key. Whatever has been working for you will continue to work. So stay at it!!
  • Healthy fats. With high intensity cardio it’s important to get your fats in. Eggs, butter, avocado are my personal favourites
  • Sweet treats…. Nothing wrong with a bit of dark chocolate before bed
