This post goes kinda long but the gist of it is, create little life hacks.
When you have your nutrition framework down grocery shopping gets fun.
You just fill categories and you can explore with other things that fits in that spot.
When you get in a groove, you just stock pile what you know you’ll continually need.
You can have some fun stuff in the house but don’t have piles and piles of crap stored up.
Eat on time and you’re good. Your body just wants food. When you miss those fuel stops it distinctly understands what gets energy in the system faster and it has no problem with grabbing the wheel.
Had a video of my impressive grocery hall and my stockpile of supplements and supplies but alas. I’ll have to post another day.
