Build your road
The idea is to learn the ropes and build your process. I Trained with Vince a few years back when he was finding his way a a lifter. He had some success but his vision wasn’t coming together whether it was no clear goal of lack of consistent execution.
I believe that having a program allowed him to build the consistency he was lacking and he was exposed to different techniques and modes of exercise that he was able to gain influence from and that he continues to incorporate in his practice.
While I’d love noting more than to train people concurrently, the system is designed to give athletes variations of patterned that allow for exercises to be chained together in unique ways that add degrees of effectiveness to the movements.
After going through several evolutions of the program through the months you begin to see the strength floor in a different light.
See the different possibilities that the movements hold.
