I have been on MJ since September 25. Currently on 10 mgs no side effects and good suppression . Only lost 1stone 2 pounds in this time . Would like to lose another stone . I was a type 2 diabetic and hba1c was 48 and now 32. Although I’m not seeing the weight loss the metabolic side has been good . Am I one of the slow responders . I track , priories protein and fluids . Owing to work commitments my exercise is walking . 😬
