Setting up shop!

Hi all, total newbie here trying to work my way through the set up process. I have named my Etsy shop but it is now taking me through the process of stocking my shop, which I am not ready to do yet as I haven't created anything. Do I just park it there for now and work on designing my first products and then pick it back up? Also do I enter PrintShrimp as a production partner or do I say the product is made my myself? Thanks for any help you can offer :)
