Second shop or the same

I'm currently listing as much as I can and managed to add over 100 listings this past week but still sub 200 - still awaiting my first sale so will keep plugging away as I am aware I need much more to drive traffic.

My question is, I have another niche I'd like to try which is different to what I'm currently working on although could link loosely so should I try with a second shop or categorise my current shop and keep SEO different?

I've seen some top selling shops with multiple niches and someone commented the other day on here how they've also done the same with no issues.
