Huge drop in sales

Hi everyone,

Just looking for a bit of advice from anyone who’s experienced something similar.

June was my best month so far. It was my 4th month on Etsy, and I made just over £1,000 profit for the month. I’ve now started my 5th month (July), and my sales have dropped to zero.

One thing I should mention is that at the start of July I used the bulk listing method and uploaded roughly 120 new listings before I heard Tom mention that listing too many at once could potentially make Etsy think you’re a bot and reduce your visibility.

Could that have caused such a significant drop in sales, or is this just a normal fluctuation that happens on Etsy? If it is because of the bulk listing, does the shop usually recover on its own after a while?

I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s been through something similar. Thanks!
