Etsy listing

Hi, never listed before on Etsy, seems straightforward but 2 issues I’ve got,

1) Payment - how would the customer pay, is it they pay Etsy via credit card etc(I haven’t any card reader etc)so it doesn’t matter what they pay with? A bit like eBay?

2) Listings seem ok but what about delivery although it’s free(in price)would you mention all the countries that is free and then the rest not listed extra delivery price? Can you do that on the listing?
