AI-Powered Content Operations Manager

Prime Mover (the company behind Russell Brunson's brands) is looking for a Content Operations

Manager to help build and run a high-output, AI-powered content machine.

This is NOT a traditional social media role. We're looking for a builder — someone who can take ideas and turn them into executed content campaigns FAST using AI tools, systems, and a talented production team.

What you'll be doing:

Turning Russell's ideas and insights into real content projects
Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to generate hooks, scripts, and creative assets
Managing editors, designers, and production resources
Tracking performance and doubling down on what works
Continuously testing new formats and AI workflows

💰 $70,000 – $85,000 + full benefits + 401(k) match + relocation assistance
