I currently have three different online courses in the price range of $480–$680, plus a larger, more in-depth course priced at $1,890.The first two courses are designed for employees and leaders in the workplace, while the third one focuses on overcoming burnout and rebuilding yourself into a new, stronger version.
When it comes to running webinars and promoting these courses — what’s the best strategy to start with?Should I focus on running one webinar per week for a single course at a time, or would it make sense to run webinars for multiple courses in parallel?
My gut feeling says it’s smarter to focus on one product at a time, but I’d really appreciate some clarity and advice from this group.
