Webinars
Hey everyone! 👋 I currently have three different online courses in the price range of $480–$680, plus a larger, more in-depth course priced at $1,890.The first two courses are designed for employees and leaders in the workplace, while the third one focuses on overcoming burnout and rebuilding yourself into a new, stronger version. When it comes to running webinars and promoting these courses — what’s the best strategy to start with?Should I focus on running one webinar per week for a single course at a time, or would it make sense to run webinars for multiple courses in parallel? My gut feeling says it’s smarter to focus on one product at a time, but I’d really appreciate some clarity and advice from this group. Have an amazing Sunday, Prime Movers! 💪✨

Thanks so much for this breakdown, @Marek Rabcan — really appreciate the clarity in your explanation. Your perspective makes a lot of sense. I can see how trying to push several webinars at once would dilute both the data and the momentum. Focusing on one product, one webinar, and one complete system at a time feels like the smartest way to build something predictable and scalable. I also like how you framed it:“Focus builds momentum — fragmentation kills it.”That really hit home. I’ll take your advice and double down on the course with the strongest demand, tighten the full flow around it, and optimize until it’s consistent before expanding. Thanks again — your guidance is genuinely helpful.

Hi Team! I will soon be sitting in a meeting room with a large international company soon. And will be selling my online courses to the employees. Can I use The perfect webinar template or should I use something else to hook them

@Marek Rabcan Thank you so much, Marek. I’m genuinely grateful for this breakdown. This perspective is incredibly valuable, especially as I’m preparing for an upcoming corporate presentation. What you shared really clicked for me: the core psychology stays the same, but the delivery needs to shift. The way you distilled the Perfect Webinar into a strategic narrative for a corporate setting… that was gold. I can clearly see how focusing on one problem, one mindset shift, one piece of the process, and one path forward makes the whole message sharper and more impactful. This gives me a structure that feels both authentic and powerful—without being “too much” for the audience I’m speaking to. Truly appreciate you taking the time to share this. It means a lot🙏
🔥 I absolutely love Russell’s books — DOTCOM Secrets, EXPERT Secrets, and Traffic Secrets! 🔥
The whole ClickFunnels concept is built on these books — and it’s brilliant. No doubt it works incredibly well! But here’s what’s been on my mind lately 👇 We’re entering a massive shift with AI and automation changing how we build, sell, and communicate. So my question is: 👉 Is the “Secrets” way of building a business — the funnels, storytelling, and value ladder — still the ultimate model today? Or is it time to start rethinking parts of it to stay ahead in this new era? I’m a huge believer in everything Russell teaches (it clearly works!).But I’m super curious — how do we best combine these proven principles with the new AI-driven tools and workflows that are reshaping the game? What do you guys — and maybe even Russell himself — think about how we can evolve the funnel strategy in the age of AI? 🚀 Can “old-school” funnel frameworks and “new-school” AI systems work together to create something even bigger? @Prime Mover Insider @Russell Brunson

Appreciate that a lot, @Marek Rabcan I’d be happy to take you up on that offer. I’m offshore in the North Sea for the next couple of weeks, but once I’m back home I’ll send over the funnels. The website is in Norwegian for now (built in Kajabi), but I’ll can prepare a draft for the webinar funnel so you can look through the structure. www.mewellbyme.no A clean outside QC from you would be incredibly valuable at this stage. Thanks again for offering — means a lot. Have a great week!

@Marek Rabcan Thank you so much for taking the time to review my page, I truly appreciate it more than you know. I completely agree with the last three points you mentioned. I’ve intentionally held back a bit because I often feel that being too direct or sales-forward doesn’t always resonate well with the Norwegian audience. But you’re absolutely right — I need to be clearer, stronger, and more action-oriented without losing the tone I aim for. I’ll definitely work on improving the hook, tightening the offer sections, and making the CTAs more decisive. Thanks again for your time and thoughtful feedback — it means a lot.
Big Corporate Opportunity Ahead — Would Love Your Strategy Insights
Hey everyone 👋I’m preparing for an upcoming meeting with a large international company that’s interested in my online training products. They have around 5,000–6,000 employees, so the volume potential is significant. I’d love some strategic input from the community here: 1. Should I structure the presentation using “The Perfect Webinar”? I’m considering it because the framework always gives clarity, momentum, and emotional connection. But this is a corporate setting, so I’m unsure how far I should lean into the full offer stack. My goal in this meeting is to present the courses themselves and offer a tiered volume discount based on how many employees they onboard. Would you keep the core structure of TPW, but modify the stack into a more corporate-friendly value breakdown?Curious how you’d approach this. 2. Should the company get access to a dedicated community (similar to Skool)? I’ve been considering launching my own community platform for a while now. But I’m unsure whether, in a B2B context, it makes more sense to: - Include the community for free as added value (weekly insights, ongoing support, shared learning), or - Charge a monthly fee if they want direct access to me for Q&A, coaching, or implementation guidance. - If any of you have experience with enterprise deals + community access, I’d love to hear what model worked best and why. My intuition right now The Perfect Webinar gives me a solid backbone for the narrative — the story, the problem, the vehicle, the opportunity — and I think that will matter even more in a corporate room. But I also want to present an offer that feels like they’re becoming part of something bigger: a learning movement, a healthier workforce, and a long-term transformation their employees can plug into. If anyone here has insights, experiences, or strategic angles I should consider, I’d deeply appreciate it.This is an exciting opportunity — and I want to walk in with the strongest possible positioning🙏🔥

@Chris White Thank you so much for your incredibly thoughtful and detailed response, Chris🙏 I really appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective — even if you haven’t been in the exact same situation. What you said makes a lot of sense. Your point about leaning on the Perfect Webinar framework while tailoring it to the company beforehand was exactly the clarity I needed. And I absolutely love the idea of including the community as part of the stack. It creates a natural extension of the learning experience and highlights the long-term value in a powerful way. And yes — your offer stack insight really landed! 😄 I’ll definitely look into how I can package access to me and the rest of the program in a smart, sustainable way. It makes the whole thing feel much more complete for the client. This is going to be exciting, and your advice gives me even more confidence going into the meeting. Thanks again, Chris! 🙌
