I’m kicking off a brand-new series where I’ll dive into the powerful insights from Russell Brunson’s DotCom Secrets.
Let’s start with one of the most important chapters in the book: The Secret Formula.

It’s about asking yourself FOUR key questions before diving into any business venture.
These questions help you laser-focus on who you’re serving and how you can bring them REAL VALUE.
Here’s the breakdown:
  1. Who Are Your Dream Customers? Stop trying to sell to everyone! The magic happens when you identify your DREAM CUSTOMERS—the people who resonate with your vision and NEED what you offer. Knowing this will help you create a business that you’re excited about!
2. Where Can You Find Them? Once you know WHO you’re serving, the next step is to figure out WHERE they hang out online. Are they in Facebook Groups? On Instagram? Skool? Following certain influencers? This step is all about going where your audience is!
3. What Bait Will Attract Them? Now, you need something irresistible to draw them in. This could be a free eBook, a checklist, or even a mini-course. It should SOLVE a problem for them and make them WANT to engage with you.
4. What Results Do You Want to Provide? Finally, think about the TRANSFORMATION you want to offer. What will they gain by working with you? Define the journey you’ll take them on and the VALUE you’ll deliver!
How You Can Apply This:
➡️ Dream Customers: Take some time to really think about WHO you want to serve. Write down their traits, pain points, and what excites them.
➡️ Find Them: Research where they hang out. Join groups, follow forums, and engage where they already are!
➡️ Create Irresistible Bait: Think of a problem you can solve for them and create a lead magnet they can’t resist.
➡️ Map Out Their Transformation: Define the outcomes you want to help them achieve and build your value ladder around it.
How I’m Putting This Into Practice:
I’m revisiting my own business strategy using these exact steps. By focusing on my dream customers, creating lead magnets, and mapping out the transformation I want to provide, I’m ensuring that every move I make is adding VALUE and building towards lasting success.
