STOP STOPPING!!!

I was inspired by

post “The Devil's Sharpest Tools…” to write about something I heard from Russell Brunson a while back that is still such a powerful but simple phrase…

“STOP STOPPING!”

Life will throw challenges your way. You’ll face turbulence, trials, and tasks you don’t want to do. It’s easy to stop, to pause, to give in to frustration or fear. But stopping doesn’t get you closer to your goals...it only delays your progress or worse, derails it completely.

Success isn’t about having a smooth ride. It’s about pushing forward when things get tough. The difference between those who achieve their dreams and those who don’t often boils down to one thing: They didn’t stop!

How YOU Can Apply This:

Expect the Obstacles: Know that challenges are part of the process. Don’t let them surprise you or throw you off course.

2. Push Through the Pain: When the task feels too hard or the frustration starts to build, remind yourself: “Stop stopping.”

3. Build Momentum: Every time you push through a challenge, you gain confidence and energy to tackle the next one. Keep going, one step at a time.

As I work to launch and grow my businesses, I’ve faced plenty of moments where I’ve wanted to stop...

Building a business isn’t easy—there are setbacks, tough decisions, and moments of doubt. But every time I feel like stopping, I need to remind myself of Russell’s words “Stop stopping!” and push forward, take the next step, and keep building!!!
