Hey team 👋
My partner and I run a small local business called Shelving & Storage North East we sell heavy-duty garage shelving and accessories.
Our main offer is very simple:
Steel-frame garage shelves (general and industrial) that people can set up themselves in their shed or garage.
We also sell hooks, cabinets, and a few accessories, but the shelves are our hero product.
Here’s where I’m stuck…
Because our main product is a bigger purchase (a couple of hundred dollars minimum), I’m struggling to work out what a good lead magnet should be — or how to build out a proper value ladder when the core offer is basically one main product.
I have created a workbook on How to Tidy & Organise Your Garage, but I haven’t released it yet because I’m not sure if that’s the right thing to lead with… or if there’s a smarter way to get people into our funnel.
So I’d love to pick some brains here:
👉 What would YOU offer as a lead magnet for a product like garage shelving?
👉 And how would you structure a value ladder when you really only have one “hero” product?
Any ideas, feedback, or examples would be amazing.
Thanks legends 🙌
