Why do so many people give up on podcasting—or anything new—so quickly?
Here’s what I’ve learned from some amazing mentors:
When we’re not instantly good at something, it often triggers a deeper fear—that we’re not good enough. That fear can stop us before we even really begin.
But think about this: How many things were you once bad at… and now you’re great at? It’s easy to forget how far we’ve come. Write those wins down. Remind yourself.
Also—frustration isn’t failure. It’s a sign you’re growing. The moment you push through a hard part and make progress? That’s where the real joy is.
So instead of worrying about doing poorly, get excited about what’s on the other side of the struggle.
Hope this shifts something for you.
