It wasn’t until he focused on the answers to these four questions that things started to change.
Here’s the breakdown:
  1. Who are your Dream Customers? This is a game-changer! You don’t want to sell to just anyone. You want to attract people who are passionate, driven, and aligned with your mission. Know their needs, pain points, and desires—that’s how you’ll create meaningful connections and long-term success.
2. Where Can You Find Them? Once you know who your dream customers are, the next step is finding out where they hang out online. Are they in certain Facebook groups or Skool Communities? 😏 Following specific influencers? Be where they are!
3. What Bait Will Attract Them? After identifying your audience and where they hang out, you need to create an irresistible offer. Your “bait” should be something that solves a problem for them right away. For Russell, it was his first free eBook. For you, it could be anything from a lead magnet to a mini-course—something that draws them in. 🎣
4. What Results Do You Want to Provide? This is the key to building a value ladder. You need to think beyond one product—what’s the ultimate transformation you can offer? How can you serve them at different levels with a range of products and services?
