There was never consistency in my diet.
I always ate what was put in front of me and I was allowed to.
So I didn’t get the results (better work-ethic and overall performance) I always wanted to have.
So now through trial and error and help from other people, I was able to create the diet optimal for peak performance and health.
1.Being in control:
I stopped letting my parents, friends, partners and my urges control what to do and eat.
I had to decide how I should fuel my goals.
I was okay that other people will not understand me.
And that’s okay.
Make the change yourself.
2.Know what you’re doing
Because you are in control of your life, you should still know what you’re doing.
So I informed myself
Testing things out.
That’s how I build the fundamentals of my new diet.
3.Make a plan
As an (aspiring) disciplined person you probably know that having a plan for anything is key.
So make one for your nutrition as well.
I started to plan my meals for the next day.
Because I knew WHAT to eat now, I bought the right things.
And that’s what I planned my meals with.
4.Hold yourself accountable
How do you know you are aware of bad habits if you never track them?
So I started to track my food with a website/app called Cronometer.
After I saw what nutrients I got that day, I knew what to change the next day.
So that's the post, hope I was able to help you out!!
