Amazing Selling Online day one :) but I don't think I have a story.
For 20 years, I was a video editor for events like weddings. I did well, but after the pandemic and with the internet getting faster, a lot of companies started outsourcing work to places like India. Even though my work is better, the price difference is huge—about 60% cheaper.
So, I got my real estate license. But being in a wheelchair, I can’t go door-knocking or show homes like other agents.
What I am good at is technology. I pick up software fast. That’s why I want to sell online courses to real estate agents—starting with kvCore (CRM).
The challenge? I don’t use kvCore as an agent myself. I learned it inside out, but my goal is to be a coach, a teacher, and eventually build a real estate team.
So how do I position myself as an expert if I’ve never used it in my own real estate business?
I’ve been thinking of starting with pain points—how most agents don’t follow up with leads quickly (or long enough) and lose business. Or how they can generate free leads but don’t know how.
Another idea is to teach a few agents for free and use their results as proof. But will they take it seriously if it’s free?
