Help. 55,000 pax in my FB group

I created with the intention of monetizing a fb group for a 7-9 day world famous hike. It is the biggest most active group and public but controlled so some posts get 1M views. I have waited and now I am like ok. I have several admins and mods. We are all talking to now monetize it. How would a funnel work with this? Loads of other ideas but trying to work out how a funnel could help.
