I've sent two messages to support about this but there's no response & it says it can take 24 hours. that will be too late if I don't hear back for 24 hours because your system says it has no record of the email address I sent to you. I am still hoping to get a response before 3 pm pacific because this thing started early this afternoon. Because nobody has replied it looks like i won't get a response until noon tomorrow which means I won't be able to get in by 7 am tomorrow. I've tried looking for a phone number to call but found no other means than email - which is clearly to slow to solve a time sensitive problem. I paid for this I need access. Anyone have any ideas how I can get through to someone to fix it?
